Who we are

MedSmile Dental Clinic, Moscow Avenue 13, Tbilisi 0137, is responsible for this website and for any information you send to the clinic through it. Contact: +995 500 50 30 80, [email protected].

What the website keeps

Nothing. The website has no server, no database and no user accounts. It does not record who visits, and it receives nothing until you choose to send a message yourself.

The enquiry form and WhatsApp

The enquiry form composes a WhatsApp message on your own device. When you press the button, WhatsApp opens with your name, telephone number, the treatment you chose and your message, and nothing is sent until you send it there yourself. It then passes through WhatsApp (Meta) to the clinic, which uses it only to reply to your enquiry. The call, WhatsApp and email buttons simply open those apps on your device.

Cookies and browser storage

This website sets no cookies of its own. It keeps five small notes in your browser, which never leave your device: your cookie choice and which patient reviews you were last shown, so that the next page can show you others (both kept until you clear your browser data), and, for the current visit only, whether you have already seen the opening animation, the hint that the services row can be swiped, and the WhatsApp hint. The last three are deleted when you close the tab.

Analytics, only with your consent

Google Analytics is loaded only if you press Accept. It then records which pages are viewed, with IP addresses anonymised, so the clinic can see how the site is used; it is not used to identify you. If you decline, or never answer, it is never loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the button below.

Google Maps

The map on the home and contact pages is loaded from Google Maps together with the page, so Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.

Other services

Links to Facebook, Instagram, the clinic's Google listing and WhatsApp take you to those services, whose own privacy policies apply from that point.

Hosting

Like any website, these pages are delivered by a hosting provider, which necessarily receives technical information such as your IP address and browser type, to send the pages to you and to protect the site from abuse. The website itself keeps no record of it.

Your rights

You can ask the clinic at any time to see, correct or delete any information it holds about you, including messages sent through WhatsApp, and you can withdraw your analytics consent with the button below. Call +995 500 50 30 80 or write to [email protected].

About the medical information here

The treatments on this site are described in general terms. They are information, not a diagnosis, and they do not replace a consultation. What is right for you depends on an examination — including radiographs where they are needed, and a treatment plan discussed with you.
