MEDSMILE — Nikoloz Lortkipanidze Center for Maxillofacial Surgery and Implantology
MEDSMILE is a modern multi-disciplinary dental centre, created around one main idea: that a patient should receive, in one place, dental care that is safe, modern, individually planned and held to a high professional standard.
The clinic opened on 1 November 2025. Today, one year on, MEDSMILE is already entering a new stage: a dental centre built on experience, professional responsibility and the trust of its patients, whose aim is constant professional and technological progress.
Founder and chief doctor
Dr Nikoloz Lortkipanidze
The clinic's founder and chief doctor is Nikoloz Lortkipanidze, a maxillofacial surgeon and implantologist with 26 years of clinical experience.
His work covers maxillofacial surgery, dental implantology, the management of complex surgical cases, bone regeneration procedures and the comprehensive dental rehabilitation of patients.
Alongside many years of practice, Nikoloz Lortkipanidze takes part continually in professional congresses, international training and specialist implantology programmes. His professional development is confirmed by certificates from international dental and implantology organisations and systems, among them Zimmer Dental, MIS, ZimVie, SGS Dental, Straumann Dental and other professional programmes.
This experience is one of the foundations of MEDSMILE: putting the advances of modern medicine into practice, and planning each patient's treatment as precisely as possible.
